This odd bird is of a colorful sort, even if their feathers don’t show it. Kooki Ko uses a genuinely functional kind of madness that can even pass for normal, though it usually doesn’t. All of their displays of weirdness works out just fine as long as they can be okay looking foolish or being misunderstood.
